All returns must be authorized by email, firstname.lastname@example.org Returns requests must be received within 14 days of you receiving your order. All products returned must be in original unused condition, without any tags removed. Products returned damaged, worn or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to customer. All charges related to shipping are your responsibility and are non-refundable. Shipping costs for a replacement item is FREE up to one time per item, however, payment of duty and tax charges is still the responsibility of the customer. Select items are not eligible for return or refund. Laer reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.
Please note that return items purchased at full price could be subject to a restocking fee of $35.00 plus shipping. Items for exchange will be done for free domestically and for a small charge internationally.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Shipping Returns back
