Returns and Exchanges For Laer Leather Jackets

Returns and Full price item returns. 

All returns must be authorized by email,  Returns requests must be received within 10 days of you receiving your order.  All products returned must be in original unused condition, without any tags removed. Products returned damaged, worn or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to customer.

Shipping outbound shipping costs for a replacement item is FREE up to one time per item, however, payment of duty and tax charges is still the responsibility of the customer.  Select items are not eligible for return or refund (see below). Laer reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must have been purchased at full price without a discount code or a sample sale item.  Email sign up 10% discount code items can be returned for a refund.  Any return could be subject to a restocking fee of $5-35.00. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale Items & SAMPLE SALE items (if applicable)

Only designated regular priced items and our 10% off email sign up code items may be refunded and or exchanged for another size, unfortunately large discount sale items can only be exchanged for other sizes and styles. This includes our Black Friday / Cyber Monday sale.  Shipping the return on large sale discount items is the responsibility of the customer. Sample Sale Page items cannot be returned or exchanged.   

Special Material Items (only if applicable)

rare items made from special materials may only be exchanged for another size or style. 

Customized Items (if applicable)

Items ordered with custom sleeve lengths or other alterations are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you need to exchange a item for another size or style, send us an email for instruction.

Shipping Returns back

When eligible a return shipment label will be sent to you via email.  All returns must obtain an authorization and an address to return to. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
